Medical
The medical section is use to manage your child’s conditions and allergies. In the event of an emergency this can be vital. Also, if you have a new babysitter who needs to know what your child is allergic to, you can easily export, modify and print that information out for them.Put your child’s recent vaccination information, doctor prescribed medications, allergies, any conditions that your child may have, and more.

Contacts
This is another special feature we at AmberAlert.com added because of the increasing visibility a child has to, and the abundance of, online predictors. It is good to know what chat rooms or Myspace URL’s your child has. This also builds a line of communication between you and your child. For instance, you may find that your child has an indecent name for their Myspace, which needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

People
This section is used for managing the information of those who interact with your child often or are related to your child.
Recommended people to add: Babysitter, Teachers, Ex-Spouse (add a picture), Best Friends, and Boyfriends or Girlfriends.

Note: Simply click in the “Relationship” box and type in anyone you want to make a profile on (e.g. creepy person next door).
Note: You can make any number of profiles that you want on the Child ID Kit as long as you have sufficient memory space.

Tools
This section is used to export all the information that you have on your child to Word or Excel. If you are going to print and give this away we recommend that you modify the information on it to prevent putting the information into the wrong hands. Your Password can also be changed here.

Saving your child’s information:
1) Click on the “Export RTF Document” (Word) or “Export CSV File” (Excel)
2) Name the file that you are exporting and Save it
3) You will then be asked if you want to open the file now, click Yes
4) Modify the information save and/or print it *(Do not modify if you are printing or emailing to Law Enforcement)

Note: We recommend that you do not keep a copy of all the information that is exported on you personal or work computer (it’s not secure).
Note: The “Notes” section is intended for law enforcement, although it is not just for them, you can put any additional information that you would like to keep in this section.
